Four Keys to Proper Preparation of Beef

  1. Refrigerate until time of preparation
  2. Use a clean work surface
  3. Test temperature of beef as it cooks
  4. Cook ground beef to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers in an air-tight container
