Be the star of your family cookouts with these flavor-packed, juicy burgers.
1 pound Aspen Ridge® Natural ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon cracked black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 sesame burger buns, sliced
4 slices of American cheese if desired
1 head romaine lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add dry mixture to ground beef and mix.
Add Worcestershire sauce to ground beef mixture.
Form ground beef mixture into 4 patties.
Grill burgers 5-7 minutes on each side, until an internal temperature of 160 F or the burgers are cooked to your liking.
If adding cheese, place a slice of cheese on top of the burger during the last 30 seconds of cooking and close grill lid to melt.
Add 1 patty to each bun. Top with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Enjoy!
