Hot Honey Burger with Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 lb Aspen Ridge® Natural Ground Beef

¼ Cup honey

2 Tbsp salted butter

1 Tbsp hot sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp onion powder

½ Tbsp cracked black pepper

½ tsp salt

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 potato burger buns, sliced

16 oz store-bought coleslaw

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, butter, and hot sauce. Stir continuously until butter is melted and honey has become thin. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Add dry mixture to ground beef and mix.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce to ground beef mixture.
  6. Form ground beef mixture into four patties.
  7. Grill burger 5-7 minutes on each side, until an internal temperature of 160°F or the burger is cooked to your liking.
  8. Place a burger on each bun. Top with hot honey, 2 Tbsp of coleslaw and enjoy!
