Kimchi Cheeseburger with Chili Mayo

This recipe combines spicy, crispy kimchi and creamy chili mayo for the perfect Korean-inspired burger.
Ingredients
1 lb Aspen Ridge® Natural Ground Beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp onion powder
½ Tbsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ Cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
4 slices provolone cheese
2 cups kimchi
4 potato burger buns, sliced
Preparation

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Add dry mixture to ground beef and mix.

Add Worcestershire sauce to ground beef mixture.

Form ground beef mixture into four patties.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until smooth.

Grill burger 5-7 minutes on each side, until an internal temperature of 160°F or the burger is cooked to your liking.

Add a slice of provolone and ½ cup of kimchi to the top of the burger during the last 30 seconds of cooking. Close lid to melt.

Spread chili mayonnaise on the cut sides of both the top and bottom bun. Add one kimchi cheeseburger patty to each bun and enjoy!
