Turmeric and Garlic Grilled Tenderloin with Indian-Spiced Grilled Cauliflower and Naan Bread

Garlic and spices add a ton of flavor to this grilled tenderloin. When paired with Indian-inspired grilled cauliflower and soft, warm naan bread, you’ve got the perfect meal.
Ingredients
For the Cauliflower:
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt and pepper
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Tenderloin:
4 Aspen Ridge® Natural tenderloin steaks
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 cloves of garlic, grated
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine turmeric, cumin, chili powder, garlic, pepper, and salt.

Sprinkle rub over all sides of tenderloins. Refrigerate until time to grill.

Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.

Put cauliflower in tin foil, add cumin, garam masala, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Drizzle melted butter over everything and mix to combine. Close tin foil to form a packet.

Place cauliflower packet on the grill.

After 5-7 minutes, place steaks on the grill.

Cook for 5-7 minutes with the grill covered.

Turn the cauliflower packet and steaks over and cook for another 7 minutes, until an internal temperature of 130 F or the steaks are cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat naan bread on grill for 1 minute. Flip after 30 seconds and heat until warmed through.

Remove cauliflower packet, slice steak against the grain, and enjoy!
