Top Sirloin Zesty Carne Asada Tacos

Marinate the Natural Angus sirloin steak for hours before grilling it and you’ll end up with carne asada tacos that are almost as beautiful as they are tasty!
Ingredients
1 lb Aspen Ridge® Natural Angus Beef Top Sirloin
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar or stevia
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
2 limes
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Tortillas (corn or flour)
Pico de gallo
Avocado
Sour Cream
Hot Sauce
Cheese
Cilantro
Preparation

Combine the soy sauce, olive oil, oyster sauce, sugar (or stevia), cumin, chili powder, juice from 1 lime, and jalapeno in a container or plastic bag. Put the top sirloin in the mixture and let marinade in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours prior to cooking (for best results, marinade up to 6 hours).

Preheat your grill on high to get the temperature nice and hot. Once the steak has fully marinated, remove it from marinade and season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill, getting nice grill marks on each side until the steak is the desired internal temperature. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Once the steak has rested, slice the steak thinly and evenly. Top with Maldon finishing salt for a little extra pop. Assemble your tacos with your choice of toppings such as avocado, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, pico de gallo, cilantro, and lime juice. Enjoy!
